FAQ

Q: Could we make /customize our design or brand name?

A: Yes, you can customize your own brand /logo & design & fabric composition & package, etc by your requirements, if you have your own details or samples, please send us for our reference. If you have a sample in your hand, please send it to us, so that we can make the same one for you with your own logo, thanks.

Q: How about your MOQ and delivery time?

A:Our MOQ is 3000pcs/design /color, but can do several different size. And our delivery time is within about 60 days.

Q: Could we require a sample from your sample room to check quality and design?

A: Yes, you can select our sample from the sample room, it would be arranged to send to you in one day, and it is free but the express charge should be paid by you.

Q: Could we customize a sample by our requirements before the bulk production.

A: Totally yes, you can custom your own logo and design sample, it would take about 25-30days to finish. The sample fee is $150-200 (Depending on the easy or difficult design ) Shipping cost to your city by TNT in about 7 days, and the sample fee will be returned once the order is placed.

Q: Could you please tell us why do you need about 60days in delivery time?

A:1, the Bulk fabric needs 12-15days: After receiving the deposit, we will weave fabric immediately.

2, Fabric lab dips need about 5 days: Let dye fabric to make lab dips, and give you confirmation.

3, Dye fabric needs about 15 days: After weaving the original fabric, we will dye them immediately.

4,Elastic needs 20days : Arrange elastic sample as per required, same color/logo/size.

5, Elastic bulk production needs about 30 days.

And then we will prepare the correct PP sample to you to check all details.

After confirming all details, we will arrange cut bulk fabric in 5 days. Iron care label needs 7 days, it will take 15days to sew the bulk production. When sewing proceeds a half, we will need elastic. Now, elastic bulk production will be finished soon, they can catch the sewing in time, and then we will clear and make an inspection. when finishing all production, the bulk production package will be made in 5 days.

In general, time for pp sample confirmation & bulk production need about 80-90 days!!!
