Manufacture schedule of mens underwear
After confirmed the order and our factory received the deposit, then we will arrange the order to you, below are the steps and also the time.
First Stage: Confirm the Size & Workmanship, Confirm the Fabric and Elastic quality(customized sample progress), then clients will pay the deposit.
Second Stage: Prepare all parts of fabric, dying, printing, waistband
Arranging weave fabric → 15-20 days
-- Cut a small fabric and dying, do Lab Dips → 5 days
-- Send lab dips to clients checking → 7 days
-- Dying full fabric of whole order → 15 days
Do Elastic(this step could be started with weave fabric at same time) → 20days
-- Send the elastic sample to clients confirm → 7 days
-- Elastic bulk order manufacture → 30 days
Printing Swatch(the color pattern) → 10-15 days
-- Bulk order printing → 10-15 days
Second stage whole progress around need 35-40days to confirm all details, included: Fabric quality, color and printing be confirmed, elastic quality and color be confirmed.
Third Stage: Cutting, Iron Carelabel, Inspection and Packaging.
1. Cutting fabric: All underwear be cut with same size proportion → 7-10days
2. Iron Carelabel: Printing or heat transfer carelabel → 7-10 days
3. Sewing: Sewing all parts of body and elastic together → 20 days
4. Clear & Inspection: After sewing, our workers and QC will arrange to clear the thread and inspection
5. Packing: After inspection, there is no progress, our warehouse will arrange to packaging and prepare to shipping based your request.
Third Stage whole progress around need 40days.
This progress based our first cooperation,we don't familiar each other's working way,and need some time to learn each other,during this period,there may be sometwists and turns,and will take more time,so we request your kind understanding and spports,thanks very much.
