Notice: Chinese Government Policy Of Dual Control Of Energy Consumption

Please kindly note, perhaps you have noticed that the recent 'dual control of energy consumption' policy of the Chinese Government from news or your other supplier first.
In addition, the China Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued the draft of "2021-2022 Autumn and Winter Action Plan for Air Pollution Management" in September. During the autumn and winter this year (from 1st Oct, 2021 to 31st March, 2022), the production capacity in some industries may be further restricted.

It means government realized our country was used excessive power and the cost for generating power by coal is higher and higher, also happened air pollution more serious accordingly in this year. Though the cost is higher, government don't increase the price to us, but from now on they have to control&limit the power and avoid more air pollution to protect the whole world as international request. Of course, government also trying their best to guarantee and improve the power for industry and avoid extra pollution actively, hope we can solve asap.

If so, it has a certain impact on our production capacity more or less. Specially our material supplier confirmed to us that government recently cut the power at different area&date&time, cut approx 3 days in one week then they can not work, finally our delivery time will be affected. Fortunately our factory still can work without any delay, still keep normal process for cutting &sewing&packing. We still trying best to process your order, hope we can catch the original plan. If have any delay, we will keep you posted soonest.

As we known, due to the covid and international politic problem, resource shortage happen all over the world, not only affect our country, it is really a complicated situation.
Frankly speaking, we really feel worry for that but regrettably we can't control, if government control more power and let us stop long time, we have to consider this situation as force majeure. Also we can't confirm what will government cut the power exactly, to mitigate the impacts of these restrictions in future order, we kindly recommend that you place the order as soon as possible. We will arrange production in advance to ensure that your order could be delivered on time.
